We keep this policy short on purpose. Whatever you send through this website is used to answer your fencing request and to price the work, and for nothing else. Those details are not sold and not rented.

Information we collect

The only information we hold is what you choose to give us, either by filling in the estimate form or by telling us when you call or text. Typically that is a name and a phone number. Email, the street or area of your West Hills project, and a note about the fence you are considering are optional, so you decide whether to include them.

Why we hold it

• So we can respond to your request and put together a written price.
• So we can arrange and carry out the on-site estimate and the fence installation.
• So we can check back on the project, where you have asked us to.

Your details are never used for unrelated marketing, and they are never sold or rented to anyone.

How the form works

When you submit the estimate form, it is processed on our own domain by a Cloudflare Pages Function and delivered to us as an email. Nothing you type is routed through a third-party form service or a marketing platform. Cloudflare handles the request only long enough to deliver it, and a hidden honeypot field filters automated spam without tracking you in any way. We keep your message for as long as it takes to serve you and to hold a record of the work, and then we remove it.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and builds no profile of you. Should we add a plain, privacy-respecting count of site traffic later on, this page will say exactly what is being counted. For now, not a single third-party ad tracker sits on this site.

What you can ask for

At any point you may ask us to delete the information you sent, or to stop contacting you. One call, text, or email is enough to make that happen.
